What foods do I eat? Do I eat well balanced meals? Do I have any sensitivities to certain foods? โฃโฃโฃโฃWhat foods can be used as medicine?

Did I take at least 5 deep, conscious, intentional breaths?โฃ How can I incorporate more mindful breathwork into my daily routine? When do I take a deep cleansing breath?โฃโฃโฃ Did I get fresh air?

What did I do today that will bring me to what I want and need? What did I do today that made me feel well?โฃโฃโฃโฃ

Focus on ๐ฉ๐ซ๐จ๐ ๐ซ๐ž๐ฌ๐ฌ. Donโ€™t be hard on yourself, always ๐ญ๐ซ๐ฒ ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐›๐ž๐ฌ๐ญ you can do with the current situation you haveโฃ.
