Guidance on your healing journey

On this journey we tend to push the body to its limits, it is quite sad. This leads to possible mind and body break downs. These break downs are our mind and body blessings.

It may not feel like that at the time because it is hard to go through these things.

It’s a message from your body.

Your body is saying that the way you are living at the moment isn’t supporting your body, it is out of alignment. If you want to live a happy, healthy life it is time to clean up. Clean up all areas of your life that is out of alignment.

Everyone is looking for the cure and quick fix, something that can happen overnight.

We tend to only make changes in our life when we reached breaking point. Then when we want to get better, we have the same toxic mindset that got you here in the first place. Your mental chatter saying “I need this fixed right now” but it cannot be forced.

Healing requires time and patience. Healing requires love and compassion. Healing requires forgiveness. Healing means coming into your body, tuning into what your body needs. There is no one outside that can help you, it is all contained within you. Someone can guide you to what you need help with, but they cannot do the healing for you. To heal the body, you need to move from constantly doing to being, it means slowing down, constantly checking in and connecting with your body. It requires you to be present with your process.

Healing happens in presence, self body awareness, when you turn your awareness from out to in. Take a few breaths, sigh, and drop into the body, through this process of being aware of how your body is feeling, you will start to heal different things in the body through presence because you are doing the opposite of suppression, avoiding and numbing yourself. Whatever you are experiencing right now, it is not a race to get it healed. There is no competition or prize. You cannot heal through forcing and pushing. This process is all about softening and surrendering into this. It is a lifestyle. Every moment is healing. Every conscious decision you make is healing. Every conscious breath is healing. You can drop in and connect. Continue to drop in and ask what your body needs. Ask yourself what do you truly want, what do I find important? Blessings to you on your healing journey. Be kind to yourself. You are so strong. You are courageous. You are amazing. Keep growing on your path.
